POHA-Denver Diversify Nutrition Grant offers FREE nutrition/science specific tutoring services. Find a tutor that fits your day, time, and subject you need additional help in. Our tutors can help with assignments, studying, understanding concepts, proofreading, and papers.

Administrative Withdrawal Form
Students who have experienced severe, extenuating circumstances and were unable to successfully withdraw themselves from specific courses before the withdraw deadline may request an administrative withdrawal. If approved, an “AW” designation will be recorded on the student’s official academic record and no academic credit will be awarded. Students who have successfully withdrawn or who are able to withdraw before the published deadline, should not request an “AW”. For more information, please visit the university catalog.

Graduation Application Addendum Webform
Once you have applied for graduation, if you receive notification that there is an adjustment that needs to be made to your application, you will need to complete this form.
Request for late enrollment into a course.
All students must formally Apply For Graduation online through their Student Hub for each degree and/or certificate.
The Late Application will only be open after the end of the current semester and is only to be used by those who missed applying for graduation this term.
Students will be notified if their late application has been accepted via email.
